"Shopping carts have long been the bane of every SEO's existence. In many cases the use of most common shopping carts requires a separate front-end site to be developed simply to insure that there are easily spidered pages with customizable titles, meta tags and content for the search engines to read when they get there.
When I was first introduced to the Apple Pie Shopping Cart I went into it with the same skepticism that I do any new product, until I saw what was under the hood. The pages are fully customizable, the interface is easy to use, and the site not only gets fully spidered but the pages generated from the shopping cart system get full credit and PageRank - key considerations for any SEO or website owner (even if they don't know it).
I have never seen a shopping cart system as search engine and user-friendly as this one and as it continues to evolve I expect we'll see even better enhancements to come. Not that I could ask for anything more."
